How it works

We hire part-time commercial cleaners for our cleaning team — not handyman or trades work. This is an ongoing pool, not a one-time opening: we bring people on as new accounts come in, so it’s worth applying even if nothing is open in your area today.

People who do good, consistent work are the first ones we go to when new sites open. Start with one account and there’s a real path to more.

Where

Across the Austin area — Round Rock, Cedar Park, Central Austin, and out toward Kyle and Buda.

The work

• Trash, restrooms, vacuuming, mopping and wipe-downs
• Most sites: come in any time after the business closes
• A few sites are 24-hour facilities with set shifts
• No experience required — commercial cleaning background is a plus
• We train you

Pay

Pay starts at $18.50/hr, and most of our accounts pay $20–25/hr.

Each account pays a flat amount, based on the time a typical cleaner needs to do the job right. Learn the building and work efficiently — without cutting corners — and your hourly rate goes up. You’re paid twice a month.

Supplies and equipment

We provide cleaning supplies. You can bring your own equipment or use ours — most of our cleaners use ours.

What you need

• Reliable transportation
• A smartphone for check-in and communication
• Comfortable working overnight and on your own
• Legal ability to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check

People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply.

The details

This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Taxes are not withheld.
