Pressure washing and fence repair

The outside of the building is the first thing anyone sees

Entryways, sidewalks and dumpster pads get filthy slowly enough that nobody notices — until a prospective client walks in past them.

What we handle

  • Pressure washing for sidewalks, entryways, dumpster areas, patios and building exteriors
  • Gum and stain removal
  • Fence repair — panels, posts and gates
  • Gate hardware, latches and hinges

Mostly entryways

Building entrances and concrete walkways are what we wash most. They’re the first thing every visitor sees.

Working around open hours

A medical clinic wanted its facade washed while it stayed open, without disturbing patients. We did the areas nearest the entrance before anyone arrived. By the time patients showed up, we were working on parts of the building away from them.

Worth knowing

This is some of the cheapest work we do and some of the most visible. It’s an easy add to a Monthly Handyman Plan visit rather than a separate call-out.

Want your entry looking new? Send us a photo and we’ll quote it.

One-time job, or something that keeps coming up? We’ll quote it as a one-time repair, or you can put it on the Monthly Handyman Plan (four hours a month on your list, from $450) so small repairs never pile up.

Common questions

How often should an entryway be pressure washed?

There’s no standard schedule. It depends on foot traffic and what’s around your entrance, like trees, food service or a dumpster nearby. We’d rather look at it and tell you honestly than sell you a schedule.

What do you need from us?

Where your outdoor water access is, and which areas matter most to you and which you don’t care about. Pressure washing is priced by the square foot, so knowing that keeps your quote tight.

Tell us what your building needs.

We’ll walk your facility, ask a lot of questions, and send you a firm quote built on what we actually saw.
