None of it is urgent enough to call a contractor about, so none of it gets done. Our Monthly Handyman Plan puts a crew on site four hours every month to work through that list. From $450/month.
Why a plan beats calling someone when something breaks
When you call a handyman for a one-off repair, you wait to get on their schedule, explain your building to someone new, and pay for a trip for one small fix. On a plan, the visit is already booked, the crew already knows your building, and the small stuff gets handled before it turns into the expensive stuff.
How a month works

Send us your list.
A couple of business days before your visit, you send us your list — or we suggest one from what we’ve seen on site.

We get ready.
We pick up materials ahead of time. If something will take longer than four hours, we tell you and plan it properly.

We work the list.
We show up on your scheduled day and work through it.

You get it in writing.
The same monthly written report our cleaning clients get: what we did, what’s still open, and anything we noticed.

What a first month might look like
Fix the sticking back door, patch the hallway drywall, replace two stained ceiling tiles, check the exterior lights, and change the filters.
Who it’s built for
Offices, schools, clinics, gyms and other buildings with a steady stream of small repairs and no full-time handyman. One-time projects we’ll quote separately — the plan is built for buildings that want ongoing care.

Monthly Handyman Plan
$450/month
- Four hours on site each month
- Extra hours during the same visit: $100/hour
- Hours don’t roll over month to month
- Three-month minimum, then month to month with 30 days’ notice

Honest limits
Plumbing and electrical work that requires a license is done by a licensed plumber or electrician, coordinated by us. If a job needs a permit or another specialist, we’ll tell you up front — and tell you what it should cost.
$450/month covers most of the Austin metro. Further out, call and we’ll quote it.
