Before we set foot on campus — usually right after our first meeting with your facility director — we learn your security protocols, get our insurance paperwork to you, and plan our arrivals and departures around drop-off and pickup. On campus, we dress professionally and stay out of the way.

Every campus works differently. Some use an app to let us in; others want us to check in at the front desk every time. We fit your process — not the other way around.

We’re familiar with the standard security requirements for Texas schools — including fingerprint background checks for contractors at public and charter schools — and we work within them.

Your approval rules, not ours

Some schools let us approve small overages on the spot — for example, up to $300 when we open a wall and find more to fix. Others want to sign off on every change order. Either works for us.

In small schools and daycares, teachers often help with cleaning. That gets harder as headcount grows — and the answer isn’t just a bigger scope of work. We start with a standard five-step process — trash out to the dumpster, restroom disinfection, surfaces, vacuuming and mopping — and shape it around what your staff already does. Rooms you want left alone, like record rooms, stay off our list.

At one multi-location early-education client, we asked each director what teachers did at the end of the day. Teachers were willing to wipe down a few small tables and stack the chairs on top — something they already did now and then during their regular hours. That saved our cleaners about 20 minutes per night at each location, five nights a week, all year — and that savings went into their price.

We once arrived at a school during a heavy rainstorm to find water coming in under a door. Because we had a direct line to the director and owner, we told them immediately and — with their permission — blocked the doorway. The water stayed in about 20% of the building instead of spreading through all of it.
