Who we serve
Office and coworking cleaning that runs without you
Cleaning and facility maintenance for offices and coworking spaces across Central Texas — reliable enough that you can stop thinking about your building.
Offices
Your building says something to your team
People judge where they work partly by how it’s kept. In one industry survey by Tork, 85% of office employees said the state of the restrooms reflects how clean the whole building is — and restrooms drew more complaints than any other part of the office.
Our job is to be reliable enough — and upfront enough about our own mistakes — that you can focus on running your business instead of your building.
Working around people who are working
Most of our office cleaning happens a couple of hours after close, once the last people have gone home. Repairs and urgent calls — plumbing, electrical, handyman work — often happen during the day, which means showing up presentable, keeping the noise down and working around your team.
It also means we don’t just say yes. We look at the problem, think through how the fix will affect your people, and do the work when it disrupts them least.
Coworking and flex space
Every tenant is watching
In a coworking space, we work for the owner and the manager — but every tenant paying rent notices the smells, the products we use and whether their suite is actually clean. We set clear expectations up front and stay in close contact with your manager so nothing slips.
Urgent means something different when the room is rented
If an outlet dies in a regular office, someone moves to another desk. In a rented suite, it’s a tenant’s problem — and yours. We’re available for one-time repairs when they can’t wait: electrical, plumbing, drywall and painting.
Turning a suite over without overspending
When a tenant moves out, the suite needs to look ready for the next one: fresh paint, baseboards fixed, a maintenance checklist worked through. The next tenant might be two days away or three months away, so the goal isn’t a showpiece. It’s your vision, priced honestly from the start — with a straight answer when something costs more than it’s worth.
When one coworking client’s specialized air-conditioning system needed service — work we don’t do — we introduced them to an HVAC company we trust. We don’t refer people to make money. We refer them when we know they’re good.
What we’d want you to know
We lead with the monthly report. Our job is to be proactive enough about reporting issues that you don’t have to be reactive. There’s usually a learning period at the start while we get to know your building and your expectations — after that, the goal is to meet them, and keep meeting them, for as long as you’ll have us.

We’ll walk your facility, ask a lot of questions, and send you a quote built on what we actually saw — not a square-foot guess over the phone.
