Commercial painting
Touch-ups that hold up, and full repaints that don’t shut you down
Scuffed walls age a facility faster than almost anything else, and most businesses put off painting because they assume it means closing for a week. It usually doesn’t.

What we handle
- Touch-ups in high-traffic areas
- Full interior repaints — offices, classrooms, clinics, gyms
- Doors, trim and frames
- Ceilings
- Prep, patching and proper masking
- Work scheduled after hours or across weekends where the space can’t be closed
Why touch-ups are harder than they look
Grabbing the leftover can from the storage closet rarely works. Paint fades in sunny rooms and shifts over a few years on the wall, so a fresh coat won’t match. We plan for that before we start.
The $180 gallon
A childcare center in North Austin asked us to touch up walls using the paint they had on file. At our local Sherwin-Williams, it came to $180 a gallon — far too much for classroom walls. We had the client’s approval to use it anyway. Instead, we looked into it and found that a previous painter had been pointed to the building’s industrial paint, made for steel doors, not walls. That also explained why their last repaint never matched. Switching to the right paint saved them $130 on that job, and will save them thousands over the life of their repaints.
The paint we use
Our default is Sherwin-Williams, the most widely used architectural paint brand in the U.S., so it’s usually what’s already on your walls. If your building uses another brand, we have accounts with most major paint suppliers and will match what you have.
Honest limits
Exterior painting and large multi-building projects we take case by case, sometimes with a partner crew. We’ll say so up front.
Tell us the rooms and we’ll walk them.
Tell us what your building needs.
We’ll walk your facility, ask a lot of questions, and send you a quote built on what we actually saw — not a square-foot guess over the phone.
