FAQ
Questions we hear before the walkthrough
Straight answers about contracts, pricing, switching cleaners and what happens when something goes wrong.
We already have a cleaner. What does switching look like?
You don’t have to manage the handoff. We walk your building, send a quote, and usually start about two weeks after you sign — sooner when the situation calls for it.
What if you don’t live up to what you promise?
Then you can leave. If we aren’t meeting expectations, you can cancel with no penalty. That’s in the contract because we’d rather earn the renewal than trap you.
How long is the contract?
Most of our contracts run one year, with your price locked for the full term. We can go as short as six months.
How will I know the work is actually getting done?
Every month you get a written report: what you raised, what we did, what’s still open, and anything we noticed that you haven’t. Including our own misses.
Who do I call when something goes wrong?
One person who knows your building and picks up. No call center, no ticket queue.
Can you handle repairs too, or just cleaning?
Both. Doors, drywall, ceiling tiles, painting, lighting, minor plumbing and more — from the same point of contact who manages your cleaning.
How fast can you get to a repair?
Most handyman work is scheduled within a week. Urgent electrical and plumbing calls get handled faster.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes, in most cases. We work out the details for your building during the walkthrough.
How much does it cost?
We quote after walking your building — never from a square-foot guess over the phone. Most cleaning contracts start above $750 a month, and maintenance blocks start at $450 a month. We’re priced in the middle of the market: not the cheapest, but the ones who tell you when something’s wrong.
Are you insured?
Yes. We’ll send a certificate of insurance on request.
Do you work with homes?
No. We’re commercial only — offices, childcare centers, clinics, gyms, warehouses and coworking spaces.
Still have a question?
Ask us directly. We’ll give you a straight answer — and if it turns into a walkthrough, even better.
