Switching cleaning companies
Switching cleaning companies without starting over again
If you’re reading this, your current cleaner probably isn’t your first. Most of the businesses we take over from have been through several. The cleaning was rarely the whole problem. Nobody was checking the work, and nobody told them when something slipped.
What switching looks like
- We walk your building and ask a lot of questions
- You get a firm quote built on what we actually saw
- We usually start about two weeks after you sign, sooner when the situation calls for it
- You don’t have to manage the handoff
What changes when you switch to BrightWorks
- The owner who quotes your job walks your building at least once a month
- The 5-10-15 Report every month: what you raised, what we did, what’s still open, including our own misses
- A group text with your account manager and the owner. Text a photo, and anything missed gets fixed on the next shift
- A consistent crew who knows your building
- One contact for cleaning and repairs
Clients who had been through it
One Cedar Park childcare center had gone through more than five cleaning companies in twelve months when we met them. We’ve now kept that account longer than any cleaning company they’ve had in years. Read how we handled the first weeks.
One gym we clean seven nights a week went through several cleaning companies in a single year before us. What settled it was accountability: the 5-10-15 Report every month, and a person who actually answers when something comes up. Read the full story.
The contract
Most of our contracts run one year, with your price locked for the full term. We can go as short as six months. Recurring cleaning starts at $750 a month.
Our guarantee: if we don’t do what we said, you can leave. No penalty. That’s written into the contract.

We’ll walk your facility, ask a lot of questions, and send you a firm quote built on what we actually saw.
